Santa Rosa Retail Project
Our goal with this project was to create a retail building that could be used as one large store, or three separate lease spaces. The clients required flexibility of use and division.

The design concept was to use simple materials, simple forms and unify the forms with a palette of handsomely detailed canopies. This responded to the client's need to keep costs down and make the project economical. Extra attention was given to the cornice and canopy details to convey a sense of sophistication while respecting the budget.
